Lector Ye graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He chose to study in Germany because of his passion for automobiles, afterwards he obtained a master’s degree in management at EBS Business School in Germany. During his study abroad, he was keen on exploring the similarities and differences between Chinese and European business and helped to build bridges of cooperation between Chinese and European companies in various industries. Before coming to Wang & Partners, he worked at the headquarter of Henkel AG & Co. in Düsseldorf, where he was involved in global strategic planning for the adhesives business.
Consulting, on the other hand, was his only love that he identified in his sophomore year. After being exposed to many top companies in Europe, he became more determined about his career direction. Back in China, he chose to join Wang & Partners – seemingly by chance, but inevitably: walking with people who share the same values over a long period of time and making the world a better place through innovation is not only Wang & Partners’ mission, but also exactly what attracted him as an idealist in the first place.
Now, with a group of like-minded partners, he is working hard towards his dream. Of course, what also needs to be worked on is never-ending weight loss.

Usually you would see Qingze sitting by the window and thinking. Of course, maybe half the time he is just in a daze. As the team’s designated thinker, he consistently provides new ideas and effective ways of solving problems.
Qingze joined Wang & Partners Innovation in July 2019. Before that, he worked at a well-known hedge fund on Wall Street that’s focused on the research and trading of Latin American currencies, their derivatives, and stock options. In 2018, he carried out a macroeconomic analysis and research on Argentina based on indicators such as interest rate, inflation rates, and exchange rates. Through modeling and calculation of counterfeit products, he discovered the arbitrage opportunities of the Argentine peso, and boldly shorted. This particular work of Qingze became immensely important because within one year, the Argentine peso has fallen more than 100% against the US dollar.
When not at work, Qingze enjoys music and outdoor activities in his spare time.
Yang was drawn to join Wang & Partners Innovation because her values align with the company’s unique corporate culture of staying professional, being visionaries, and adhering to business values based on integrity.

Her good observation skills give her an advantage when analyzing consumer behavior. She’s also adept in communicating with both the market front line and the senior executives of companies.
When not working on projects, Yang enjoys a wide range of interests. She co-founded a photography team, and participated in the Shanghai TEDx activities. Traveling and adventurous activities like streaming, skydiving, surfing, and skiing also keep her occupied. Currently, Yang lives in Shanghai with her adopted white kitty named Beer Sis.
The first decade of Dr. Deng’s career involved him in various industries — manufacturing, retail, and media. From this diverse experience, he developed great interest in corporate competition strategies, specifically in internationalization strategies. In 2000, he became the first international marketing manager of Sany Heavy Industry. In 2003, he began to study and research “hidden champions” in China and Germany under the guidance of Herman Simon, the father of “hidden champions.” Through this study, he became China’s earliest and most influential researcher in this field.
The next 10 years of his career were dedicated to business school. As the Assistant Dean and Director of the MBA Center at the School of Management of Jinan University, he led the creation of China’s first overseas MBA program and the first offshore MBA program. Alongside accomplishing these achievements, he continued to develop his expertise in innovation and internationalization.
For the past three years, Di has studied at three universities in Germany, Japan and the United States as a visiting scholar. Simultaneously, he is preparing for his new career in the consulting industry with focus on innovation and internationalization strategies.
In his downtime, he enjoys poetry, football, and traveling.

With the determination to build a world-leading consulting company focused on innovation, Gang began a new journey in the United States. In 2019, Wang & Partners was launched in Los Angeles.
To keep his body and brain active, Gang is a dedicated long-distance runner with a running age of 15 years. His fitness goal is to run 10 kilometers per day like Haruki Murakami. Through running he developed his principles and philosophy of life: passion, focus, and persistence.
